Family Fun Day – Our Signature Annual Fundraising Event
Family Fun Day is our main annual fundraising event, bringing Mongolian families across Sydney together for a vibrant celebration of community, culture, and childhood. Each year, the event grows in size and impact, welcoming more children, parents, and supporters from both Mongolian and wider Australian communities.
This special day is designed to foster fun, learning, and connection across all ages. Children enjoy a wide range of age-appropriate activities, including jumping castles, swing chairs, mini carousels, toddler playgrounds, and sports competitions. Creative corners offer face painting, arts and crafts, while storytelling sessions, open-mic performances, and live entertainment keep everyone engaged.
A highlight of the day is when children proudly take the stage to showcase the dances, songs, and ballet routines they’ve learned through their after-school activities, sharing their talents with the community and celebrating their hard work and creativity.
In addition, there will be general health and wellness resources available, including dental check-ups. Our goal is to create a joyful and memorable experience for children and their families while strengthening community spirit. And with each passing year, the number of spectators and participants continues to grow, reflecting the event’s lasting impact and importance.
Cultural Celebration and Inclusion
A key focus of the event is to celebrate and showcase Mongolian culture and traditions, not only to children of Mongolian heritage born and raised in Australia but also to the broader local community. Through cultural exchange and shared experiences, we aim to foster greater understanding, inclusion, and pride in our heritage while enriching the lives of all attendees.
