Our Story

Lantuun Dohio Australia was established in 2020 with a mission to protect vulnerable children and support families at risk.

“Kind Gifts in Need”, a campaign that grew into a broader movement supporting the Mongolian Lantuun Dohio NPO’s powerful “Be Human” campaign against child abuse and domestic violence.
As the second official international branch, following Lantuun Dohio USA, we are proud to contribute to the charitable initiatives led by Lantuun Dohio Mongolia. Our focus is on safeguarding underprivileged children living in Mongolia’s ger districts and combating human trafficking through awareness, education, and direct support.
Together, we raise funds across Australia to support the operation of the Magic Mongolia Child Development Centres, built entirely through the generosity of the Mongolian people.
Our current support includes projects like the Physiology Cabinet at Magic Mongolia-2 and enrichment programs such as Boy Scouts, Magic Bag, Peer supports and Sports Dance.
Our organisation is proudly powered by volunteers. We are a team of 17 dedicated core members supported by over 80 to 100 volunteers, especially during our biggest annual event, Family Fun Day, which brings the community together in celebration, awareness, and action.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to empowering underprivileged children by helping them discover their dreams, nurture their talents, and build the skills they need to thrive. Through mentorship, education, and holistic support, we aim to guide each child toward a brighter future—one where they grow with confidence, contribute meaningfully to their communities, and become the best versions of themselves.

Our Vision

Lantuun Dohio Australia envisions a world where children grow up happy and healthy in an environment free from abuse, neglect, and violence. We actively advocate for legal improvements in child protection policies and prevention measures by educating the public and engaging communities.

What We Do

At Lantuun Dohio Australia, we focus on raising funds and awareness to support vulnerable children and families in Mongolia and Australia. Our fundraising efforts are driven by meaningful events that bring the community together and create a lasting impact.

Our Key Fundraising Events:

Family Fun Day (FFD)

Our flagship annual event is one of the most anticipated gatherings in the Mongolian community in Sydney. Designed for families and children, FFD offers a full day of fun, learning, and connection with a variety of entertainment, cultural activities, and community services. It’s a day to celebrate unity while supporting a critical cause.

Magic Bag Campaign

A targeted initiative providing essential supplies and gifts to children in need, creating moments of joy and meeting basic needs during the Christmas season.

Gala Night

A formal evening of celebration that brings together community members, donors, and sponsors to support our projects in Mongolia.

Yoga & Zumba Events

Wellness-focused community events that promote physical and mental health while raising funds for children’s programs.

Teen Box Event

A youth-centred event that fosters emotional intelligence, self-expression, and social connection among teenagers.

Other Cooperative Events

We also participate in and collaborate on major cultural celebrations to raise awareness and funds, including:

  • Naadam Festival
  • Independence Day Festival

Through these events, we not only raise funds but also build strong community ties, increase visibility for our cause, and bring joy to families both in Australia and Mongolia.

Lantuun Dohio Mongolia

Our founder, Ganjavkhlan Chadraabal (Jack) was shocked to learn that human trafficking was a harsh reality in Mongolia after meeting with the father of a human trafficking victim in 2012.
