Our founder, Ganjavkhlan Chadraabal (Jack) was shocked to learn that human trafficking was a harsh reality in Mongolia after meeting with the father of a human trafficking victim in 2012. Determined to break the silence around this taboo issue, he established Lantuun Dohio Mongolia to fight human trafficking and child abuse through awareness, prevention, and action.
Our approach centres on prevention, education, and advocacy. Through this approach, we strive to foster positive changes at both the individual and family levels via direct social services, education, and public awareness programs. Building on the heightened public awareness and widespread attention to these issues, Lantuun Dohio organises a social movement aimed at shifting the social norms surrounding human trafficking, child abuse, and domestic violence. Lantuun Dohio champions the creation of a better legal framework for protecting victims, implementing preventative measures, providing rehabilitation services, ensuring accountability for perpetrators, and improving access to effective civil and criminal remedies.
